What We Do
Devotion A Journal of Cultural and Christian Perspectives is a bi-monthly publication that reports on issues and cultural concerns influencing Christian life in the United States and around the world. Devotion covers education, parenting and child welfare, entrepreneurship and ethics, charity and social activism, nutrition and health, Gospel music, the arts, Christian leadership and Christian education.
Devotion seeks to be a useful source of information and motivation to help influence social progress wherever we may, in our communities, state, nation or around the world. As believers, we are committed to increasing our knowledge of God's Word, and our example of his teaching practiced in our lives. Therefore, we include a section called DevotionReader which focuses on Christian education. In each issue we will explore a Bible-based topic through a curriculum designed for individual or group study.
Each issue of Devotion also includes a calendar of faith-based and related events to inspire readers' participation in community. We also feature arts and entertainment news to further inspire readers through the creativity arts.
